Erin Theatre was formed in conjunction with the opening of the theatre facilities at Erin's Centre 2000. A volunteer operated organization, we are committed to providing our audience with the highest caliber of live theatre. We encourage the community to participate in this wonderful form of entertainment; onstage, backstage or filling the seats. Our previous shows at Erin's Centre 2000 include; Arsenic and Old Lace, Ten Little Indians, Rumors, The Mumberley Inheritance, Any Number Can Die, Halloween Screams, Out Of Sight... Out Of Murder, Opening Night, Office Hours and Stepping Out. Most recently Erin Community Theatre received accolades for their production of Stepping Out and walked away with Best Ensemble - Comedy Category honours at the ACTCO Awards in April 2011. In order to provide the community with an alternate form of theatre to experience, we began our annual dinner theatre plays at David's Restaurant in Erin. Written exclusively for Erin Theatre by Susanna Lamy and premiered each holiday season, the shows have garnered rave reviews and a loyal following. Previous shows include Blossoms of Snow, All That Glitters, The Piper of Grimmgilliedhu, and most recently Mystic Holiday, all performed to sell-out audiences. The perfect way to spend a festive evening with friends, family, and co-workers!
