The Town of Erin's Municipal By-law Enforcement Officer is responsible for ensuring that the Town's By-laws are adhered to.

Filing Complaints

To submit a By-Law Complaint, please fill out the By-Law Enforcement Complaint Form and email it to bylawenforcement@erin.ca.  Alternatively you can mail or drop-off the complaint form to the Town of Erin Municipal Office - 5684 Trafalgar Road. 

Animal Control

All canine control, dog kennels and incidents with dogs come under the jurisdiction of Town of Erin Dog Control By-Law #15-57. AgapiK9 Inc. are appointed as By-law Officers to enforce matters under By-law 15-57.
