The purpose of the proposed zoning by-law amendment is to permit the existing riding arena on the subject property to be used as a warehouse for storage of boats, travel trailers, RV's, trucks, automobiles and tractors; and to also permit outdoor storage of the above in the area located to the rear of the existing building.
