The Town of Erin is rescheduling the Oct. 1 public open house originally scheduled to discuss the recent branding changes to the municipal logo. This decision comes in light of a motion introduced by Councillor John Brennan Sept. 26 to re-evaluate the new logo design, prompted by public concern and feedback.
Councillor Brennan’s motion calls for the discontinuation of the new logo and the exploration of variations of the previously used shamrock logo.
Originally slated for Oct. 1, details regarding the timeline for a public consultation on a logo design will be published once Council has voted on the motion at the Oct. 10 Regular Council Meeting.
