Erin begins branding exercise to reflect a bright future full of potential
As Erin positions itself for a future of sustainable growth and exciting opportunities, staff and council are beginning the groundwork on a “brand refresh” of the Town’s current logo and our collective story that defines us as a community.
Unlike a major rebranding that introduces all new colour sets, themes, fonts, and a redesigned logo, a brand refresh is a less intensive process of modernizing and updating a brand’s existing identity, images, and visual communication to better reflect a vision, changing business environment, values, and goals.
“It is our goal that the brand refresh will be modernized, honours our past, and will reflect our commitment to ongoing improvement and innovation. A brand refresh must represent our renewed connection to residents, visitors, the environment, and businesses,” said Mayor Michael Dehn.
Building on our strengths and retaining what makes us uniquely Erin, the Town has retained the services of a marketing agency, Trajectory Brands, to facilitate an update to Erin’s brand to modernly reflect our story, our past, and our inspiring future.
As part of the process, residents are invited to share their thoughts and ideas about what living in Erin means to them.
