Quote
Our priority, while considering this budget, was our residents and businesses who continue to feel the impacts of COVID19 and current high inflationary pressures. It was important that we kept our taxes as low as practicable without comprising any of our service delivery. We used our tax rate stabilization reserve to reduce our taxes to 2.5% and stay focused on being fiscally responsible while respecting our taxpayers.
