The Town of Erin is delighted to welcome Jason Falk to the position of Operations Supervisor, Facilities and Parks effective March 10, 2025.
Jason brings more than 25 years of experience in municipal recreation, previously serving as an Operations Supervisor for the Town of Wilmot, where he played a key role in the development of the Wilmot Recreation Complex. Most recently, he worked with the City of Stratford.
“We are committed to ensuring that our community’s facilities and parks remain safe, accessible, and enjoyable for all, and Jason’s background and leadership are important contributions to advancing this goal,” said Rob Adams, Chief Administrative Officer. The Director of Community Services, Jennifer McPetrie, added, “Jason’s expertise in facility operations and team leadership will be a tremendous asset to our department.”
Jason is a graduate of Conestoga College’s Recreation and Leisure Studies program, and he holds several key certifications, including Certified Ice Technician, Basic Building Maintenance, Advanced Refrigeration, Certified Pool Operator, and multiple health and safety credentials.
In his new position, Jason will lead the operation and ongoing maintenance of all indoor and outdoor facilities across the corporation.
