The Roads team is addressing the needs of seven rural roads over the next three weeks, with a new patch repair program. Staff have rented the DuraPatcher, which allows the team to effectively repair potholes on surface treated and asphalt roads, without the need to do a cold-mix. This solution is more cost-effective and the patch is expected to last over three years.
The work is scheduled to be completed the week of August 31st.
