Notice of Dundas St. Construction Public Information Centre

Overview

The Town of Erin is quickly growing and Dundas St. East from Main St. to Tenth Line is being upgraded to accommodate these developments. The objective of this construction project is to install new sanitary sewers, storm sewers, watermains and a full road rehabilitation, including sidewalk and curb and gutter.

Process

In order to minimize disruption to the public, the project will be completed in six stages. There will be either lane restrictions or road closures during these stages. Emergency vehicles and all local traffic for homes and businesses will always have access. In addition, there will be sidewalk closures on the north side, however the south side will be open for pedestrian traffic.

Public Information

You are invited to attend the Public Information Centre to review and discuss the reconstruction of Dundas St. East. The following information will be presented:

* Overview of the Work Area

* Traffic Stages and Affected Areas

* Lane Restrictions, Road Closures and Detour Routes

The Public Information Centre is scheduled for:

MONDAY, JUNE 24TH 2024

5 PM – 8 PM
